Enter the number of cigarettes you smoke a day on average. Adjust the quit date to match the day and time you stopped. You can adjust this at any time, so you can easily reset the app if you relapse.
The app automatically updates every 24 hours with a new motivational message to support you during the first 30 days of stopping. Each message includes a link to get more information. At the end of 30 days, you can keep the counter going for as long as you want.
